Packing checklist for a pump going to repair

1. Get a quote first, so we expect the pump and know its history.
2. Cap every flange with blank-off covers to keep debris out.
3. Bag the pump in a clean, sealed plastic bag.
4. Pack it firmly in foam or a crate. Turbo rotors don't tolerate shocks.
5. Include the controller and cable if you can, so we can test the set.
6. List the process gases the pump ran, and include any contamination paperwork your site requires.
