About Trotec Solutions

Before you send a pump

Should I send the controller with the pump?

Yes, when you can. We test the pump, controller and cable as a set and tune them to each other, which is how most levitation and spin-up faults get traced.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

Every turbo pump, cryopump, controller and fab support repair is covered for 12 months against part defects and workmanship.

Can I get a replacement pump while mine is repaired?

Ask for an exchange unit with your quote request. If a rebuilt pump for your tool is in stock, it can ship while yours is in the shop.

Do you repair pumps from any manufacturer?

We repair the turbo pump brands on our line card, in both maglev and lubricated bearing designs. For anything else, send the model and serial number and we'll confirm.
