What's the difference between standard and major service?

Standard service restores a running pump: inspection, bearing work where needed and a full test. Major service covers pumps with deeper wear or damage. We confirm which one your pump needs after test and evaluation.

Can you repair a turbo pump that crashed?

Often, yes. Failure analysis shows what was damaged and why, and we quote the repair before any work starts so you can decide between repair and an exchange unit.

Do you repair older or discontinued models?

Yes. Many of the pumps we see are legacy units the OEM no longer supports. Send the model and serial number and we'll confirm.

How is the repair documented?
